안녕하십니까. 한경재 법률사무소 변호사 한경재입니다.
제53회 사법시험에 합격하고 사법연수원 43기를 수료한 뒤, 민사·형사·행정 사건과 법률자문을 맡아 왔습니다. 서울특별시와 대법원 국선변호인, 대한변호사협회 스타트업 법률지원단으로도 일하고 있습니다.
사건은 저마다 사실관계가 다릅니다. 쟁점을 앞세우기 전에 사실관계와 법적 구조를 먼저 정리하고, 의뢰인이 실제로 선택할 수 있는 방향을 말씀드립니다. 해외 거래나 투자와 얽힌 사건도 다룹니다.

I am an attorney admitted in the Republic of Korea. I passed the 53rd Korean National Bar Examination and completed the 43rd class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and have since handled civil, criminal, and administrative matters alongside advisory work.
I also serve as court-appointed defense counsel for the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Supreme Court of Korea, and as a member of the Korean Bar Association Startup Legal Support Group.
Every matter rests on its own facts. Before arguing the issues, I set out the facts and how the law applies to them, then explain the options that are actually open to you. My work also covers matters involving cross-border transactions and investment.
If the facts are hard to organize, bring them as they are. Sorting them out is where we start.
