안녕하십니까. 한경재 법률사무소 변호사 한경재입니다.
제53회 사법시험에 합격하고 사법연수원 43기를 수료한 뒤, 여러 법무법인을 거치며 민사·행정 사건과 기업 자문을 맡아 왔습니다. 서울특별시 공익변호사와 법무부 마을변호사, 대법원 국선변호인으로 공익 사건도 함께 맡고 있으며, 2026년부터 행정안전부 고문변호사로 일하고 있습니다.

I am an attorney admitted in the Republic of Korea. I passed the 53rd Korean National Bar Examination and completed the 43rd class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, and have since handled civil and administrative matters and corporate advisory work across several law firms.
I also serve as a public interest attorney for the Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the Ministry of Justice’s Village Lawyers for Foreigners programme, and as court-appointed defense counsel for the Supreme Court of Korea. Since 2026 I have served as legal advisor to the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
Every matter rests on its own facts. Before arguing the issues, I set out the facts and how the law applies to them, then explain the options that are actually open to you. My work also covers disputes involving cross-border transactions and investment.
If the facts are hard to organize, bring them as they are. Sorting them out is where we start.
